I bought this book after i bought the MKSAP. I think its much better than MKSAP. It is very readable and gives you a good summary of what you need to know without going through all the painful studies that you would normally read through in a standard text book. For residents I think its the best book.I will update this review as and when I start answering the board questions.

Mayo Internal Medicine Review is the Ultimate IM Board Exam Prep Source.

I bought it as a birthday present for my daughter.

This is the only resource she used to pass her IM Board Exam with ease and flying colors!
She is currently a fellow in Cardiovascular disease with Mass. General Hospital.

Thank You Mayo Clinic!

a great review with full indepth but concise coverage, the cardilogy chapter is uptodate which is critical, the endocrine chapter as well has a lot of myths revoked so it is less confusing now, the tables of med interactions at the end of each chapter is ok but need more care (list of side effects the important ones are not there)
